Shipping Policy
At BIOGRAPH, we are dedicated to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with highly reputed national couriers to ensure that your products reach you safely and swiftly.
This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and terms for all orders placed on www.biograph.in.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to almost all pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you at the time of checkout or shortly after the order is placed.

International Shipping: At this moment, we do not offer international shipping. We operate and deliver exclusively within the territory of India.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Dispatch Timelines: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Surat within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after the order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items: If any item in your order is made-to-order or requires customization, the specific dispatch timeline will be mentioned on the respective product page.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner's network:

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.

North-East & Remote Locations: 6 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Note: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, BIOGRAPH is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our courier partners' control.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal handling fee of [e.g., ₹50 / ₹100] may apply to all Cash on Delivery orders to cover the additional logistics costs. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.
(Note to BIOGRAPH: You can adjust or remove the COD charge depending on your exact business model).
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your package live. You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account and visiting the "Track Order" section.
6. ADDRESS MODIFICATION
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at biographlife@gmail.com.

We can only modify the address before the order has been dispatched.

Once the package has left our warehouse, we cannot alter the delivery destination.
7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES (RTO)
Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us (Return to Origin).

If a Prepaid Order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, we will process a refund to the original payment method after deducting the standard to-and-fro shipping costs.

If a COD Order is rejected at the doorstep, BIOGRAPH reserves the right to restrict the user from placing future COD orders on our platform.
8. MISSING OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with, opened, or severely damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with a photo of the package.
If you discover an item is missing after opening a sealed package, you must notify us at biographlife@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos or videos, so we can investigate the matter with our logistics partner.
