Fibre Intelligence
Great garments begin long before a needle touches fabric. Biograph works with carefully selected natural and cellulosic fibres, linen, cotton, viscose, modal and Tencel, chosen for their breathability, strength and comfort. Each fibre is selected not only for how it feels today, but also for how it performs after years of wear.
The result is fabric that remains soft, stable and refined through repeated use. Every material undergoes rigorous laboratory testing to ensure: No pilling, No colour fading, No shrinkage, No twisting, Consistent GSM stability. Because the true test of quality is not the first wear.

Choosing the right fusing.
Soft Fusing
Designed for subtle strength & smoothness, this is mainly used mostly in garments that require a delicate soft & liquid flow for plackets, cuffs, collars etc.
Hard Fusing
Provides a stiffer, long-lasting shape. This fusing adhered at 150° with massively used for our collars.
Performance Finishing
Comfort is not accidental. It is engineered. Every Biograph fabric undergoes advanced finishing processes designed to enhance feel, durability and long-term stability. Silicon Wash Enhances smoothness and softness while improving fabric resilience. Double Wash Pre-stabilises the fabric to minimise shrinkage and improve drape. These finishing processes also contribute to:
improved breathability, moisture absorption, anti-bacterial comfort, long-term fabric stability, The result is clothing designed for real climates and real movement.
